PORT Denarau Marina has become the first tourist operator to sign a partnership deal with Leadership Fiji.
The marina signed a $5000 sponsorship of the program for the year 2020 becoming the first organisation from the Western Division to provide funding for the program.
In a signing ceremony in Denarau yesterday, Port Denarau Marina Ltd CEO Cynthia Rasch said they were proud to work with Leadership Fiji in facilitating their leadership programs.
“We are delighted to be associated with Leadership Fiji’s programs over the past few years,” she said.
“This sponsorship is a commitment of our ongoing support to the valuable education that their programs provide.
“We believe in Leadership Fiji’s mission to building a better nation through the development of progressive leadership and strategic foresight capacity and look forward to growing our partnership further.”
The marina has supported the program through site visits for Leadership Fiji’s tourism industry sessions over the past three years.
Leadership Fiji CEO Sharyne Fong welcomed their new partners onboard saying they were looking forward to 2020.
