KEY players Peceli Yato and Semi Kunatani returned to training with the Flying Fijians at their training ground in Otsu near Osaka yesterday.
While Kunatani took part in some line-out and scrum training, Yato took part in non-contact training.
“The head injury assessment (HIA) return is a day to day thing and he (Yato) took part in some non-contact training today (Saturday) and if he doesn’t have any symptoms then he will progress tomorrow and have a meeting with the medical staff,” Flying Fijians head coach John McKee said.
“Semi Kunatani is back in training and has passed his fitness test as well.”
If both players are given the all clear before the team to face Georgia is named, then expect them to be in the 23-member squad for that game.
