MORE needs to be done to halt the increase of child obesity incidence rates regionally and globally, says World Health Organisation (WHO) Western Pacific Region representative Dr Wendy Snowdon.
Dr Snowdon was one of the health professionals at the Pacific Ending Childhood Obesity (ECHO) Network inaugural forum in Nadi yesterday.
Responding to queries about whether or not there was enough being done to curb child obesity, Dr Snowdon said there was still work to be done.
