Fijians safe from tsunami that hit Indonesia

FIJIANS living in Indonesia are safe, says the Fiji mission in Indonesia.

A 10-foot tsunami hit the coastal Indonesian city of Palu on Sulawesi Island on Friday, and has killed more than 40 people so far.

The Fiji embassy in Indonesia has confirmed that no Fijians were affected by the tsunami.
