A TOP resort that won the Number 1 Family Resort in Fiji through TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice for 2018, hopes to improve its ratings in the South Pacific and the rest of the world.
This is the third successive year that the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji’s innovative “Yes I can” service philosophy has achieved the Number 1 Family Resort positioning for Fiji, based on millions of reviews and opinions of credible travellers.
In a media statement issued by the resort, general manager John Bendtsen said it was wonderful news to be recognised and awarded by TripAdvisor for another year and thanked his team for their passion and unbeaten spirit.
“A Traveller’s Choice award is a powerful benchmark in the industry being the world’s largest travel site and the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji is the proud winner in three separate categories. This alone is a huge achievement for the team and very rewarding,” he said.
Mr Bendtsen said it was with great teamwork and the remarkable “Yes I Can” service philosophy of the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji that they had been awarded the Number 1 Family Resort in Fiji since 2016.
He said the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji was also awarded top positions in two other categories, top 10 luxury hotels in Fiji and top five family resorts in the South Pacific.
