WITH internet playing a significant role in almost everyone’s lives, a telecommunication company here in Fiji has introduced a new package for its customers to enjoy the most on the World Wide Web.
Digicel Fiji yesterday announced a massive data offer for its Unwired prepaid customers with 55GB of anytime data with an additional 55GB of night data at $49.95 per month.
Under this new package, Unwired customers can get 55GB of any time data and 55 GB of off peak data only at a price of $45.95 per month.
Digicel Fiji chief executive officer Darren McLean said the offer broke all price barriers that used to concern their customers in their use of data.
“We are delighted to bring this great data deal for our Unwired customers,” he said.
“This a great family deal as you can connect up to 32 devices on the wireless Unwired network.
“We believe this will help our customers enjoy data experience in a worry free manner, while they remain connected to our best network ever.”
In another first for Fiji, Unwired customers can now use their Digicel mobile recharge to pay their bill and receive bonus mobile data each month.
This service is an extension of the Sky Pacific and Sky Triple Play subscription payment for customers using their recharge credit on their mobile phone, which was introduced at the beginning of the month.
“Unwired prepaid customers across Fiji no longer need to visit a store in person to pay their monthly Unwired bills,” Mr McLean said.
“This will save our customers time and make payments a lot easier with close to 1500 Digicel top up locations available in the country. Every monthly Unwired bill payment using Digicel receives 5GB of free mobile data.”
Customers can make recharge payments by dialling *555# on their Digicel mobile and following the menu.
