Fiji TV partners FJFW

FIJI TV acting chief executive officer Karen Lobendahn says the company is excited to partner Fiji Fashion Week for another year.

This was after a South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE) market announcement issued last week confirmed Fiji TV’s partnership with Fiji Fashion Week 2017.

“Fiji has incredible designers and emerging designers too, who will be given the exclusive opportunity and support to transform their culture through their own designs in this year’s FJ FW fashion show,” Ms Lobendahn said.

She said that Fiji TV’s relationship with FJFW had been long-standing and was beneficial to local designers who were now able to showcase, educate and inspire future generations of young fashion creative designers and students.

The FJFW 2017 program is anticipated to bring international exposure to the local designers too through Fiji TV’s online channel. Fiji TV Stream, and through the social media marketing initiatives that FJFW and Fiji TV have planned for the public. The FJFW 2017 is scheduled from April 22-May 2, 2017 at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.
