Vunivalu presses two tries to seal Melbourne Storm win

FIJI Bati wing Suliasi Vunivalu scored two tries in eight minutes to help his Melbourne Storm side beat South Sydney Rabbitohs 29-28 in the NRL semi-final play-offs last night.

Vunivalu scored in the 31st minute then again touched down in the 39th.

Both teams were locked at 28-all before Cameron Munster kicked an unexpected field goal in the 76th minute.

That proved to be the difference as the Storm marched into the semi-finals.

Meanwhile, in other semi-final playoffs tonight, Penrith Panthers plays the New Zealand Warriors at 7.30pm after which the Roosters play the Sharks at 9.40pm.

At 6pm tomorrow, the Brisbane Broncos play the Dragons.
