Update: 12:54PM THE Fiji men’s rugby sevens team has landed at Nadi International Airport with the gold medal they won at the 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil.
The team arrived a few minutes ago and they are slowly making their way out.
The crowd cheered “Go Ben Go” as coach Ben Ryan and his players made their way out of the aircraft.
Sports Minister, Laisenia Tuitubou, members of the media and airport staff are preparing to greet the team.
