Banana smoothie with milo

Try this fruity smoothie recipe for a nutritious breakfast on the go or as a quick snack when you have to get out the door for after school activities. Made with the goodness of banana and Milo, it’s a kid’s favourite!

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

2 cups skim milk

1 banana, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons natural yogurt

1/2 cup Milo

5 ice cubes

Method

Combine all ingredients in blender until thick and creamy.

Pour into individual serving glasses.

If desired, sprinkle with extra Milo.
