A TOTAL of 8562 Year 13 students sat the 2026 Fiji Year 13 Certificate Examination (FY13CE) yesterday, beginning with the English paper.
The examinations will continue until November 6 across 174 examination centres nationwide.
Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro urged students to remain confident, stay focused and trust their preparation as they undertake the examinations.
Mr Radrodro reminded students that examination results did not define their worth or determine their entire future.
He also encouraged them to manage their time wisely and persevere when faced with difficult questions.
