Crime Stoppers Fiji has released updated information on a number of people reported missing across the country, with police appealing to the public for assistance in locating them.
The published notice includes missing persons reported through several police divisions, including Lautoka, Nasinu, Totogo, Nakasi, Valelevu, Nadi, Navua and Ba.
Among those listed are children, teenagers and adults who have reportedly been missing from home for periods ranging from several days to months.
The notice includes 14-year-old Elvita Tukana of Tavua, who was reported missing in December last year.
Also listed is 67-year-old Singa Mane, who was reported missing from home since February.
Several teenagers are also featured in the release, including Sherian Kumar, Nacanieli Katumada, Maria Vunitai, Sonakshi Narayan and Ana Vudi.
A sister and brother pair, aged 16 and 9 have been reported missing from their Nausori home since March 18/
Crime Stoppers said attempts by families and police to locate some of the missing persons had been unsuccessful.
The public is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 919191 or the Police Command Coordination Centre on 9905 236 with any information that may assist investigations.
The notice forms part of ongoing efforts by Police and Crime Stoppers Fiji to seek public support in tracing missing persons reported around the country.
