CHITRA Andy Rajan is director of Small and Medium Business Sales at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, where she leads strategy and execution to accelerate growth and digital capability across the SMB segment.
In her role, Chitra is responsible for helping organisations translate investments in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity into measurable, secure, and sustainable business outcomes.
She works in close collaboration with nbn and Microsoft’s extensive partner ecosystem to strengthen digital foundations, expand AI capability, and enable inclusive innovation across metropolitan and regional communities.
Chitra is a strong advocate for practical, responsible AI adoption and is focused on ensuring that organisations of all sizes can confidently embrace emerging technologies.
Through initiatives such as the Microsoft Connect series, she brings a business-led perspective to digital transformation — highlighting how infrastructure, skills, and partner collaboration can unlock productivity and long-term competitiveness.

Waisale Serevi
Waisale Serevi is widely regarded as one of the greatest figures in the history of rugby and currently serves as an Ambassador for Asco Motors.
Over an extraordinary 21-year international career, he achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming the only player in the world to participate in seven Rugby World Cups – four in Rugby World Cup Sevens and three in Rugby World Cup 15s.
Serevi’s professional career spanned several countries, including five years in Japan with Mitsubishi Motors, two years in England with Leicester Tigers, and five years in France with Mont de Marsan.
His influence on the sport extends far beyond his playing days. In 2013, he was inducted into the Rugby Hall of Fame #57, and inducted to the first ever Pacifica Rugby Hall of Fame #4 in 2024.
Following his playing career, Serevi spent 15 years in the United States, where he founded Serevi Rugby, an organisation dedicated to developing the sport globally.
He is also the Director and Founder of the Serevi International Academy of Rugby, and actively promotes social initiatives in Fiji through his “Stay Strong – Say No to Drugs” campaign.
Serevi also contributed to the global growth of rugby by serving as a member of the World Rugby delegation to the International Olympic Committee, helping to successfully advocate for rugby’s inclusion in the Olympic Games, beginning with the Rio 2016 Olympics.
Through his achievements on and off the field, Serevi continues to inspire generations and remains a powerful ambassador for rugby and community development worldwide.
