Tagimoucia Ranadi is looking to bag another win on the Fiji Bitter 7s Series.

The side won the Fiji Bitter Labasa and Savusavu 7s last year and will be aiming to make it three and retain the Wairiki 7s title on Taveuni.

Tagimoucia Ranadi founder Ana Rabuka said some girls who had played for the national side both in 15s and 7s were part of the team.

“I will not reveal the names of the players,” she said.

“You will just have to wait and see.

They are actually looking forward to playing.”

Rabuka said they had a game plan in place to help them scoop the Fiji Bitter Wairiki 7s title two years in a row.

“We won the Fiji Bitter Wairiki 7s last year. Nothing is going to stop us from defending our title.”

She said they were expecting tough competition from other women’s teams.

“Army is also participating in the tournament. It’s a long time for us to play against Army,” she said.

“We will play every game like it’s the final and we cannot underestimate other teams.”
