MEREONI Kutu of Nuku Secondary School in Serua has put her school on the medal tally after securing a gold medal win in the junior girls javelin throw at the 2019 Coca-Cola Games.
Kutu threw a distance of 34.40m to claim first position.
Mereani Solevu of Adi Cakobau School won the silver medal with a throw of 31.72m while Laisiana Miranalasekula of Gau Secondary School settled for bronze with a throw of 31.69m.
