2018 General Election: 10k Ra villagers participate in pre-poll

PRE-polling in the Ra province will officially come to an end this afternoon.

Close to 10,000 villagers in seven districts participated in the process over the past five days.

The final pre-polling stations were Toki and Nasavusavu where 74 and 108 voters respectively, were expected to cast their votes.

According to the Fijian Elections Office, five teams covered the interior of the province during the week.

Ballot papers from each station were collected and delivered to Rakiraki Town where they would be kept until the official counting begins.
