Tropical coconut cookies are packed full of finely shredded coconut for a rich tropical flavour and contain carbohydrates, which are great for energy, and fibre for long-lasting fulfillment. As it says in the ad “Crack a Punjas Cookie, unleash the tropical coconut flavour, and taste the high life”!
The new Punjas cookies follow “hot on the heals” of the recently introduced “Nice” and “Milk Coffee” varieties that complemented the original “Scotch Finger” and “Milk Arrowroot” varieties in the tea biscuit range initially, alongside Fiji’s favourite the Breakfast Crackers.
Punjas flavored crackers, “Onion & Chives, Poppy & Sesame and Tasty Cheese Crackers”, complete a range of world-class biscuits made right here in Fiji. Punjas are continually developing new products to add to the growing range and customers will see some exciting additions in the near future.

Punjas Lautoka biscuit factory features the latest in food manufacturing technology and food safety standards with great steps being observed to adopt international best practices in all systems.
The entire manufacturing line was purchased from a globally reputed Italian manufacturer and features a 70 metre-long, ‘hybrid-oven’ and packaging system.
The fully automated facility requires an absolute minimum of human intervention to produce top quality products to strict international standards.
The entire facility is monitored remotely by Italian technicians to ensure the plant is running at optimum performance levels and maintaining strict production deadlines. The scale of the machinery allows for very high volume output without compromising any of the quality.
Food technicians constantly monitor the output of the line, testing for size, thickness, and baking consistency throughout the process. Random samples intercepted on the line are further tested in the on-site laboratory for recipe and texture consistency.

Only the highest quality ingredients from around the world, headed by premium Australian wheat milled into Punjas flour, are used in the manufacture of our biscuits.
There are no artificial flavours or colours used in the recipes that utilise 100 per cent pure vegetable oil in the mix.
