Schools are celebrating their final year accomplishments before they sit for their external examination this week.
Navesau Adventist High School in Wainibuka organised a graduation ceremony for their Year 13 students last week to celebrate their journey with the school.
The school wished the students well in their future endeavours as they prepare to close one chapter and begin another.
The Ministry of Education’s Assistant Minister, Iliesa Vanawalu was the chief guest at the event.
Mr Vanawalu, according to a Government statement encouraged all the graduates and students, emphasising the pursuit of excellence and the significance of character and choices.
He also extended his well wishes to both the Year 13 and Year 12 students for their upcoming external examinations.
The statement highlighted that the event was aligned with government’s initiatives – to support educational excellence and empower the youth of Fiji, exemplifying the commitment to fostering a brighter future through education.
The event celebrated the accomplishments of the young graduates throughout 2023 empowering them to step firmly onto their next path in life.
