AWARD winning hospitality leader Sudhir Yadav is the new general manager of Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa.

Mr Yadav is a seasoned hotelier with more than 17 years of experience in the premium hospitality sector, and had been recognised for his management, leadership and operational skills.

In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of the local resort’s operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa owner Jay Singh said Mr Yadav brought a wealth of expertise in bleisure tourism, hotel operations, commercial strategy and guest experience.

“Sudhir’s previous experience launching a bleisure travel brand and management during large-scale hotel renovations, will make him a tremendous asset to Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort and Spa,” Mr Singh said.

“His understanding of Fijian hospitality and culture will no doubt serve him well during this pivotal time at the resort.

Mr Yadav said the new appointment was a milestone moment in his career.

“Fiji holds a very special place in my heart. The warmth and hospitality are truly unmatched. I’m excited to lead the team by example and continue to grow Crowne Plaza Fiji from strength to strength,” he said.

He said as part of the resort’s strategic vision, Mr Yadav would be spearheading the commercial strategy to drive future growth and elevate its positioning in Fiji’s competitive landscape.
