Update: 5:06PM THE support beams for the new multi-million dollar Denarau Bridge in Nadi were installed today.
Pacific Marine and Civil Solutions general manager Noel McManaway confirmed the beams and cylinder fittings for the bridge had been installed.
The construction of the $9.4million bridge is being funded by the Government.
The bridge is an important link to Denarau hotel properties and island resorts in the Mamanuca and Yasawa Group of Islands.
