- A HEAVY RAIN ALERT IS NOW IN FORCE FOR THE WHOLE OF FIJI GROUP.
- A trough of low pressure remains slow moving over the northern part of Fiji.
- The associated cloud and rain affects most parts of the country.
- Meanwhile, another trough of low pressure is expected to approach from the west and affect most parts of the group from later Wednesday Occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms over the Northern Division, Lau and Lomaiviti groups.
- Occasional showers, heavy at times and isolated thunderstorms over Yasawa and Mamanuca groups, the western parts of Viti Levu and interior of Ra-Ba-Nadroga-Navosa.
- Elsewhere, cloudy periods with some showers.
- Showers becoming heavy with frequent thunderstorms in the afternoonor evening.
- Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying and flood prone areas.
