A VERY fine Fiji team served up one of their best displays of sevens rugby to etch another memorable victory against traditional foe New Zealand in the final of the 2015 Hong Kong Sevens tournament.
New Zealand were looking to hit back early in the second half, but a second wave of Fijian attack, made possible with some strategic changes by coach Ben Ryan put paid to any Kiwi dream of a comeback.
Waisale Serevi may be the best ever sevens player in the world, but the final of the 2015 Hong Kong sevens will be right up there as one of the greatest games of sevens rugby ever played anywhere on the planet.
Congratulations team, you have done Fiji proud.
