VOU Dance Fiji PTE Ltd has begun a tour of its first Fijian Flying Circus Production in Nadi town today.
This was confirmed by director of VOU Dance Company Sachiko Soro.
“This production is a celebration of Fijian creativity through the art of dance and stage performance, and we are thrilled to share it with audiences throughout Fiji,” Mrs Soro said.
“We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication shown by our performers as they prepare to embark on this exciting tour.”
Under the expert guidance of their circus instructors all the way from Havana, Cuba, the performers have honed different skills such as acrobatics, juggling, walking on tightrope and many more.
“All performers are graduates of the Conservatorium of Dance, completing a two-year course of Diploma and are full time full employees of VOU,” Mrs Soro said.
The tour kicks off today in Nadi then moves to Suva, Rakiraki, Sigatoka, Labasa, Savusavu, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua and Nausori over the next five months.
Ticket prices are as low as $8 per person and can be bought via Ticket Max, from Jack’s stores and at the door before the show.
