Three men were charged and produced in court on August 6 for a case of alleged criminal trespass at a school in Suva.
One of the three is convicted criminal Jone Vakarisi.
Mr Vakarisi and the two were jointly charged with one count of Criminal Tresspass contrary to Section 387 of the Crimes Act of 2009.
They had allegedly entered a school compound in Suva while escorting a person of interest to Police.
The three were released on bail with Mr Vakarisi placed on a 6pm-6am house curfew.
The three were also charged with allegedly operating without a valid security license, violating the Security Industry Act.
Their case will be recalled on the 12th of September 2025.
