MISS Value City Matilda Vakarau was crowned Miss Telecom Fiji Sugar Festival queen last night.

The University of the South Pacific student dedicated her win to her father, Apimeleki Vakarau who was unable to attend the crowning ceremony because he is a quadriplegic.
