Fiji Sports Council CEO Gilbert Vakalalabure and Operations Manager Litia Senibulu have been sent on leave.
This was confirmed by FSC board member Peter Mazey today.
He said the CEO has been sent on leave to allow for the transparent and independent investigations into allegations against him.
Australian company Pherrus Financial Services, which has a local branch will be handling the investigation into the 16 allegations.
The investigation is expected to be completed in four weeks time.
Once the investigations concludes the report will be presented to the Minister of Youth and Sports then to Cabinet.
