Two people, one believed to be a 10-year-old child, died in a house fire at Laucala Beach yesterday morning.
According to eyewitnesses the fire broke out at about 8am, destroying a residential house and four commercial buildings.
It is also understood the deceased landlord and her adopted son were inside the house when the fire started.
The National Fire Authority and the police have yet to respond to questions sent to them.
