A farmer accused of insulting the modesty of Minister for Information Lynda Tabuya on social media has had two of three charges amended.
Lui Bale Vuibereta is alleged to have posted a live TikTok video on September 1 in Nadi, during which he allegedly used vulgar language with the intent to cause harm to Ms Tabuya.
A psychiatric exam at St Giles Hospital says he is fit to take his plea. The case has been adjourned to November 19.
