Online scholarship applications through the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) will open from today.
A statement from the TSLS said applicants would need to create an account to register and upload necessary information and documents.
“Upon registration, applicants proceed to complete personal details, select program and Tertiary Education Institution, upload bank account/ mobile wallet details, highest educational attainment, and income details, where applicable to relevant schemes,” the statement said.
“Year 13 students of 2024 are requested to register and complete necessary details and upload results upon release with a final study offer letter from the preferred tertiary education institution.
“Provisional study offer letter will not be accepted for processing.”
TSLS said once the application was successfully completed and submitted, it would move to the processing stage for assessment against the eligibility criteria, after which the student would be notified of their progress.
Processing of applications is expected to start after the Year 13 results are out.
