AS many as seven top teams out of a total of 28 make up the number of participating sides for the Mick’s Fiji Tours & Transfers Vatulele 7s tournament, which kicks off today.
The two-day tournament will take place at the Vatulele District School grounds and seven pools with four teams in each running onto the field over the course of the two days.
Strength and intensity is expected to be on offer throughout the meet, as top teams meet underdog teams from around the country, particularly those from the Western Division with teams such as Vuda Green and TEMC Warriors for instance.
The tournament will end tomorrow.

Pool 2: Bainivualiku Vatulele, Caginitoba, Island Babas, Naqarani.
Pool 3: TEMC Warriors, Spearhead Yalovata, Tegu Babas, Senigigia.
Pool 4: Devo Babas, Navutulevu, Yanuca Blues, St John Lomary.
Pool 5: Wai Rugby Club 1, Vuda Green, Lami Cavaliers, JSF Malolo.
Pool 6: Yaro Marines, Urabuta, Hydro Bukuya, Kasavu.
Pool 7: Army, Namolevu Babas, Gold Coast Senibiau, Wai Rugby Club 2.
