Isuzu vehicles secured top spots in 29 different countries throughout the world this year.

These include Fiji, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Aruba, Barbados etc

For the first time in lsuzu’s 75-year history, the company led three sales categories in Japan — trucks between two and three tonne payload, trucks from four tonne payloads and buses seating 30 or more.

Isuzu was the top-selling brand among all the trucks from two tonne payloads.

This historic achievement was presented as a topic of discussion at dealer conference in Mexico and Indonesia recently encouraging dealers in these and other markets to repeat the success of their Japanese counterparts.

In Kenya, Isuzu sales topped every other make, reclaiming the number one position after first holding it in 2010.

The company also led the commercial vehicle segment for the third consecutive year.

In Malaysia, Isuzu badged N-series trucks captured the top spot in the light-duty segment for the first time. N-series trucks were re-launched in Malaysia in late 2010.

Isuzu Philippines Corp.’s (IPC) lineup of light, medium and heavy-duty trucks have driven the company’s sales growth in the first two months of 2013, with the rise reflecting the feat accomplished by Isuzu Motors Ltd, the home market of Japan.
