TISI Sangam Fiji adopted key financial reports at its Special General Meeting on Sunday in Ba.

The accounts, which were to be presented at its annual general meeting in April, was delayed due to on-going audits.

Financial reports adopted on Sunday were for TISI Sangam Head Office, Sangam Institute of Technology, Sri Siva Subramanya Swamy Temple (Nadi) and Saravana Bhavana (Restaurant division).

“The meeting brought together more than 170 Life Members from across Fiji and abroad, reflecting the continued commitment and unity within our Sangam family,” said a Sangam Fiji statement.

The statement acknowledged auditors HLB and Sangam Fiji’s Finance Board Members for their “diligent assistance and dedicated work in finalizing the consolidated financials.”

“The Head Office staff did a tremendous job in meeting deadlines to submit and compile all the financial records.”

“This Special General Meeting stands as another milestone in the journey of TISI Sangam Fiji, ensuring accountability, transparency, and unity as we prepare for the years ahead, including the centenary celebrations in 2026.”
