As a mother, Florence Sokoveti prioritises keeping her kitchen well-stocked with healthy food options to support her family’s well-being.

She enjoys preparing nutritious meals for her children and believes providing healthy food should always be a priority at home.

Florence emphasised that a balanced diet helps maintain the overall health of her family, helping prevent illness and promotes a strong, active lifestyle.

She says making thoughtful food choices is not just about daily meals but surely creates lasting habits that benefit her children’s growth and the family’s long-term wellness.

“It is important to prepare healthy meals for our family members as it helps with their wellbeing, and I know everyone is well fed – that’s what matters most at home,” she said.

This Diwali, Florence looks forward to the specials in supermarkets, as she says prices of food items would drop – allowing shoppers more options.

“Prices of food are mostly on specials in most supermarkets as we get closer to Diwali and this is something we look forward to.”

Florence wishes everyone a safe and ‘Happy Diwali’.
