WHEN it comes to staying fit, Luisa Qiolevu says she is always considerate as it reflects her life.

She believes buying local produce is a simple yet meaningful way to show support for local farmers, vendors, and small businesses.

“I always enjoy buying from farmers as they give us the best and the freshest produce,” she said.

Luisa says it is also important to know what we are buying.

She said most of the time we are so fond of buying items without even finding out what it contains – especially from supermarkets.

Luisa said that was why she enjoys and prioritises buying locally made products and produce as it was usually fresh.
