THE Very Reverend and Dean of the Holy Trinity Anglican Cathedral in Suva, Orisi Vuki, says it is important to watch what you consume as it reflects the way we look.
For him personally, healthy living is deeply connected to his Christian faith.
He emphasises that living a healthy life is one of the ways to put the gospel into action.
He said faith should not only be something that is preached from the pulpit, but must be demonstrated in practical, and in everyday behavior.
This includes making choices that reflect love, peace, and respect for the body – principles that align with the teachings of Christ.
“Leading a healthy life must always be a priority in one’s home as it benefits the family’s wellbeing,” he said.
