Three-year support | $6000 partnership from supermarket chain

RB Patel Group Ltd yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Leadership Fiji, making them the first supermarket chain to sign up as a partner.

Leadership Fiji’s chief executive officer Sharyne Fong said they were excited to welcome the RB Patel Group Ltd to their family of partners and grateful for their foresight in this new partnership.

“It highlights their commitment to the development of leaders for our country,” she said.

RB Patel Group Ltd chief operating officer Deepak Rathod said Leadership Fiji was doing work that was relevant for the country.

According to Mr Rathod Fiji needs the youth of today to prepare for the many leadership roles that this country needs to move forward.

He said RB Patel Group Ltd was delighted to assist in the development of future leaders for Fiji.

“This is not only in our field of commerce, but also in government as well as the many social responsibility roles.”

Ms Fong mentioned that two of the Leadership Fiji alumni were part of the new government.

“The Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources Filimoni Vosarogo and Assistant Minister for Finance Esrom Immanuel were part of the Leadership Fiji in 2002 and 2003 respectively,” she said.

RB Patel Group Ltd signed up as a silver partner with $6000 support for three years.
