Three juveniles further remanded over aggravated robbery case

Three juveniles who were charged for their alleged involvement in an aggravated robbery in Wailoku last Sunday are further remanded in custody.

 

Only two of the three juveniles appeared before Magistrate Vinaina Diroiroi at the Suva Magistrate’s Court this morning.

 

The boys, aged 16 and 17, are represented by Francin Chand, who is a lawyer with the Legal Aid Commission.

 

Representing the state was Police Prosecutor Sergeant Walter Taito.

 

They are alleged to have robbed Anil Krishna on December 28, 2025.

 

In the meantime, the case will be recalled on January 6 for the determination of bail.
