Three dead, two rescued, one still missing after boat capsizes in Beqa waters

The death toll from a boat capsize in Beqa waters has risen to three, while search efforts continue for one remaining missing passenger.
Police confirmed that the body of a man in his 50s was recovered yesterday before search operations were suspended due to poor weather conditions.
This morning, search teams recovered the bodies of two more victims, which have been taken to the Navua Hospital Mortuary.
Two survivors rescued on Thursday have since been discharged from Navua Hospital after receiving medical treatment.
The capsized boat has also been located and towed back to shore.
Police and community members are continuing the search for the sixth occupant as authorities work to determine the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
