Update: 3:01PM THREE men were convicted today in the High court in Suva for the murder of one John Leonard Dass between August 21-22, 2010 in Lautoka.
The three, Rafaele Noa, Ilivasi Navunicagi and Eparama
Tamanivakabauta are also convicted of the charge of aggravated
robbery.
Sireli Lilo was acquitted of the murder of Mr Dass but convicted of manslaughter and also aggravated robbery.
The fifth accused Iliesa Vakabua was acquitted of the murder and
manslaughter but was convicted for the charge of aggravated robbery.
Trial judge Justice Salesi Temo will deliver his sentence this afternoon.
