Villagers in Mataso in Nakorotubu, Ra, have taken shelter at Mataso Primary School.
The region, which was severely impacted by TC Winston are once again bracing for the worst.
Mataso Primary School headteacher Joji Raqio says the weather has continued to deteriorate with rain becoming heavier and momentary gusts.
He says people evacuated to the school from yesterday morning.
