Our celebrity shopper for the week is Charles Alfred Leonard Lee who most of us know as ‘Charlie’.

He has dedicated 27 years to the Fijian Broadcasting Corporation and is a familiar face in Suva.

The 70-year-old lives near several supermarkets and shares practical advice on daily living and wellbeing.

Charles stresses the importance of sticking to a shopping list, especially for those with large families, to manage spending wisely.

He also prioritises product quality over cost, believing that good health starts with smart choices.

“To lead a healthy life, it is important to exercise paired with medical guidance, cautioning against over-exercising,” he said.

Charles said he has a balanced view on life and believes in staying healthy, disciplined, and making smart choices every day.

He continues to live by these principles, remaining active and young at heart despite his age.
