Makelesi Tabuavou of Vunisea Secondary School won gold in the sub-junior girls javelin throw event at the 2026 Coca-Cola Games at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva this morning.
Tabuavou’s throw was recorded at 34.29m.
Meanwhile, Marica Seninawanawa of Labasa College won silver after throwing the javelin a distance of 33.65m.
Adi Akanisi Caginitoba of Tailevu North College won bronze, with a throw of 32.25m.
