The Judicial Services Commission has re-appointed Suva lawyer, Devanesh Sharma as the Sugar Industry Tribunal for another three years.
JSC Chairperson and acting Chief Justice Kamal Kumar announced the appointment in a press release.
“Mr Sharma has 33 years post admission experience practicing law a barrister and solicitor.’
“Mr Sharma is also a Mediator and Vice-President of the Fiji Mediation Centre Committee.”
His new three year term begins on March 28, 2021.
