The Supreme Court will sit again today to hear submissions on the interpretation and application of the amendment provisions of the 2013 Constitution.
Today, the amicus curiae, an impartial advisor to a court of law in a particular case, will make his submission.
This will be followed by a reply from State senior counsel, Bret Walker.
Mr Walker had yesterday submitted to the court that all parties represented in the hearing be given an additional time to make additional submissions if they wished.
This was related to three extra questions the court had send to intervenors to answer.
The sitting starts at 9:30am today.
