Cadets at Nadroga Arya College were told to uphold the expectations of their families and to contribute significantly to the continued development of their communities and country.

The Republic of Fiji Military Forces human resources management director, Colonel Jofiliti Talemaibau said this while officiating at the college’s passing-out parade last Friday.

“The students and youth here today are Fiji’s national resource, more important than all other resources available to Fiji,” he said.

“It is extremely important that all government and community efforts are focused on nurturing you for the achievement of your full potential.

“We need to live by proper ethical behaviours and actions.

“With this in place we ensure that our children can be nurtured and prepared to make Fiji a better place to live than the one we have lived.”

The cadets displayed good teamwork and discipline during their passing-out parade.
