Courts Fiji continues to draw strong support from long-time customers, with shoppers citing trust, service and affordability as key reasons for their continued loyalty in a competitive retail market.
For many customers, the retailer remains a preferred destination for household goods, with decades-long relationships highlighting the strength of repeat patronage in Fiji’s retail sector.
Labasa resident Joana Sawana said staff service and customer engagement were key factors that influenced her continued engagement with the retailer.
“I have been shopping with Courts for about 20 years now, and I can say that the service is really good,” Ms Sawana said.
She said the overall shopping experience, including product variety and store comfort, continued to attract regular customers.
“The staff are very friendly, and they are always helpful and welcoming, which is why I do not shop anywhere else.”
As the retailer turns 106, Courts regional manager North Rajeshni Prasad said customer trust remained central to their operations and long-standing presence in the country.
She said the business had built its reputation over more than a century by focusing on service, accessibility and meeting the needs of Fijian families.
“For more than a century, Courts has been more than just a retailer. We have been part of the homes, milestones, and memories of generations of Fijian families,” Ms Prasad said.
She added maintaining strong customer relationships remained a priority because the company continued to operate in a competitive retail environment.
As part of its 106th birthday promotion, the retail chain is offering shoppers the chance to win family holiday packages as the company rolls out a nationwide campaign aimed at rewarding its loyal customers
