Last Thursday, the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva hosted the German Unity Day celebrations, marking a significant occasion in the diplomatic relationship between Fiji and Germany.
This year’s event also commemorated the first anniversary of the German Embassy in Fiji.
The celebration was attended by diplomats, politicians, influencers, and delegates, who enjoyed a variety of culinary delights from 16 different states of Germany.
The gathering served to strengthen ties and promote cultural exchange between the two nations.
