THE Vodafone Fijiana XV side was welcomed by the Fijian diaspora in Canberra.

In a welcoming gathering at the Assemblies of God Church Canberra, the team received a heartfelt boost of faith and community spirit ahead of their big Test clash against the Australian Wallaroos.

The team sang a song that captured more than just preparation for a match — it reflected the deep connection between the players and the wider Fijian family in Canberra.

Following the service, the players were hosted to a tea party.

The Fijiana side will take on the Wallaroos on Friday, March 27, 2026, at GIO Stadium with the prestigious Vuvale Bowl on the line.

The stage is set for a contest between two nations.
