THE Under-16 John Wesley College Rugby team has qualified for the next round after beating RSMS in a tight contest 24-17 during the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Southern Zone at the Suva Grammar School grounds.
After leading 10-12 at the break, two second-half tries was enough to secure a semifinal berth.
“We have a lot to work on in the next round,” said coach Logavatu Tavo.
“Hats off to the boys, we reset now and focus on the next game”.
Meanwhile, MBHS beat Basden College in the first U16 quarterfinal 48-3.
