WE have witnessed the effect on Samisoni Viriviri after being contracted.
He has not been the team player he used to be.
We have applauded him for whatever deal he is receiving from his contract in France.
After grilling the boys in very physical training even before final selection was made, Viriviri is on his own in France unmonitored and during ball work and team bonding he is missing and this would be similar to Ben’s ruling of no outside advice.
And when Viriviri joins the team in any sevens tourney it would take a few more days which the team don’t have, for him to blend into the team.
As for Kunatani it would be the same getting him out of his contract to join the team in the circuit would be a changing factor in his ways of playing.
What can be done? Is there any other way? Could this problem be solved?
